Maintenance
Are you handy and have a heart for the homeless?
Like in any residence we also have our ups and downs. The cold water supply to the washer gushes water or the hot water heater goes out.
Do you have the skills capable to help? We need your help.

Current needs.
We need contractor volunteers who can:
a furnace company to replace a furnace, and possibly donate a new one
a contractor to repair or replace some fire doors
a roofer to repair 4 major leaks we have
There are major and minor drywall repairs that need to be done throughout the facility.
a locksmith to have our building rekeyed because we have at least 30 keys to manage all the locked doors in our building.
