Capital Needs

We need contractor type volunteers who can help with our Significant Capital Needs:

• a roofer to repair 4 major leaks we have.
  New Roof ($160,000). We have multiple leaks in the roof.

• a furnace company to replace a furnace, and possibly donate a new one.
  New Furnace ($22,000). COMPLETED! Thanks.

• a contractor to repair or replace some fire doors.
  5 Fire Door Replacements ($15,000).

• Metal furniture & bedbug resistant mattresses for entire facility ($65,000). Progressing! Thanks to those who gave.

• Commercial Laundry Machines ($35,000).

• Commercial Dishwasher Installed ($7,000).

• Melamine dishes for shelter ($500).

• Remodel of bathrooms, increasing showering capacity.
  We only have 2 showers for men and 2 for women.

• Fire Exit sign repairs to make our building safe ($500).

• a locksmith to have our building rekeyed because we have at least 30 keys to manage all the locked doors in our building. Locksmith to rekey the building ($5,000). 

• There are major and minor drywall repairs that need to be done throughout the facility. Progressing! Thank you for volunteering.
